Mummy Makeover - Breast Augmentation In Singapore_Part 2 On Recovery And FAQs

In part 2 of my Breast Augmentation Journey, I'll be sharing updates on my post-op recovery and FAQs. Before I begin, as I am penning my thoughts down (as of the time I'm typing this) it is #throwback day 13 post-op. I am feeling great and I do already love my new boobs. I've not been wearing any bra (not supposed to actually) and infact I've just tossed out all my underwired bras yesterday after my 12th day post op. Hahahahaha.. It's been my lifelong dream to do so!! Especially so after being a Mom.. 'Cuz I really can't stand wearing anything underwired and uncomfortable!! Argh.. But that's all gone now. Moving on, I'm stocking up on bralettes and I've stocked up on my nipple tapes. Hehe.

[Fast forward....]
Hi this is me with my new body after a month, at my first month post-op check.
Like my new look?? I love!! I feel the size is juz right, full & not too big!

So here's a quick recap on what I've packed and will need post-op.

Must-Packs:
1. Nipple tapes - not supposed to wear bras after surgery
2. Front-buttoned clothes & sleepwear - arms movements will be limited and lifting them will be difficult. So best is to wear front-buttoned clothing so you won't feel pain tryna get into t-shirts.
3. Easy to wear clothing - if you're wearing a top, do get a matching bottom that is also easy to wear. Tugging anything after the surgery will be painful. Else consider front-button or front-tie dresses.

Optionals:
4. Entertainment - I checked into a hotel alone so my iPad was a MUST!! With my chargers and all.
5. Beauty Stuff - brought with me face & eye masks 'cuz I thought its the best time to load up on masking since I vegetate for a few days in the hotel.
6. Snacks - in this case I brought along with me my protein shakes & a box of fruits 'cuz I wanted to have light and simple food. I didn't think I was gonna have big meals after the surgery. And true enough, my chest felt tight I couldn't eat fast/much so I took light foods and smaller meals.

The following FAQs might seem like a really long list, but if you're truly keen in the procedure
I'm sure this would come in handy as they were mostly what I tried to find out and also often asked.

1. Brand of the implants?
Mentor from J&J
2. Will there be a scar after the surgery?
Yes, applying a scar gel may minimize and lighten the scars and is available at Allure for SGD$90+.
3. How long after the surgery can I start to exercise again?
2 weeks post-op: light walking, 4-6 weeks before resuming with other exercises.
4. How long after the surgery can I start to carry my baby again?
2 weeks after, at your comfort level. For me personally I was more comfortable to carry my toddler after more than 2 weeks.
5. How long after the surgery will I be able to continue with my daily activities?
3-5 days later. Some people go to wok 3-5 days post-op, and start driving.
6. How long will I be in pain for?
Depending on individuals. For me it was the worst on the 2nd day after op. To be precise, that night. I felt slight sharp pains near my right armpit whenever I moved so I slept earlier and the next day I felt better and no longer feel that pain.
7. Will I need to wear a compression bra after surgery?
No. A stabilizing band is sufficient.
8. How long to be in the support garment (stabilizing band)?
1-2 weeks; 24 hours a day for the first week and 12 hours a day for the second.
9. Will my breast/cup size drop over time?
No. The implants will not change in size or height after they settle, but if you gain/lose alot of weight it might affect your natural breast tissues hence affecting the overall look of your breasts.
10. What is the possibilities of the implants shifting or being rejected by the body?
Very rare. Once you are well healed the implant should stay in its "pocket".
11. Are there any chances of needing a revision? And what kind of reason is that?
No. The implants are permanent and does not need to be changed for no apparent reason, unless you prefer a change in size.
12. Will the implants ever break/tear? And what are the chances of it?
The implant used is a "gummy bear" implant, it is difficult to rupture and even if it is being cut up there is nothing to "flow" out as the implant is made of cohesive material.
13. Do I need to massage my breasts after surgery?
No but there will be stretching exercises taught to practice on your own and will help with recovery.
14. Is cold compression needed after surgery?
Not necessary.
15. Are there stitches to be removed?
No as they are not visible and will dissolve on its own.
16. Is it okay if I stay off bras after the surgery? Will my boobs start to sag over time if I don't wear bras?
All right to stay off bras, the implants will not sag. Our natural breast tissues might still sag over time as a natural course even if you haven't had a BA done.
17. How often are the post op checks?
Day 1, Day 12, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month n a year post-op.
18. What type of anesthesia was used? Did you feel nausea?
General Anesthesia (GA). No I did not feel nausea at all.
19. Post-Op Diet; what to avoid?
No seafood, no black fish and Toman fish (those used in Sliced Fish Soup). Try to avoid herbs and supplements as it might contribute to further bruising and swelling. Avoid for minimum 2 weeks, for me I'll try to avoid for a month just to play safe. Oh yes, avoid alcohol for sure. Try not to smoke if you can. I've seen Taiwan news that a lady who did her nose puffed and her nose got infected she had to get revision done.
20. Cost of the surgery
$14753.16. Please go for a consultation as it may cost differently for different sized implants.
It generally cost $15-17K for a BA done at Allure PS.
21. Cost for miscellaneous
$94.16 for a scar gel, about $140 for the ultrasound scan to check whether my breasts were suitable for the surgery.
22. How long did the surgery take?
1-2 hours.
23. How long did you take to wake up after the surgery?
About an hour plus?
24. Is your Hubby okay with it?
Obviously yes. He's okay so long as what I do isn't drastic, like changing my face to look like another person etc. My family members were supportive too. Not entirely thru my BA journey esp at the start but they eventually were okay to the idea.

Important Post-Op Notes:
1. Do not carry heavy stuff
2. No under wired bra for 3 months
3. No strenuous exercise for a month
4. Quick shower for first 1-2 weeks to keep the dressing dry

How Did I Feel?
Surgery day: felt great, no pain no nausea feeling. I could eat right after. Sleep was probably not that great 'cuz I'm not a back sleeper and I had to wake up to tilt my butt (change sides of my butt cheeks) every hour. But overall was feeling great b'cuz I was super happy not feeling nausea at all.
Day 1 Post-Op: Generally felt okay, only painful when I got out of bed. That night was the worst of all the nights as I had a sharp pain near my right armpit when I moved. So I slept it off and I was okay the next day. Went for my first post-op check and Dr. Ho said that everything looked okay so off I went. Getting out and about was okay but I feel walking slowly would help b'cuz I felt slightly exhausted when I walked abit faster.

Day 2: Same feeling waking up, the super achy feeling on my chest. Defo couldn't get up using my arms to support 'cuz was painful so I usually placed my butt off the bed and propped myself up as my butt got nearer to the floor. Other than that, I was feeling okay I could move around my hotel room and take photos etc. Eating was slightly more challenging on day 1 & 2 post op as I felt as though my food couldn't pass thru my throat & chest area. Small bites and light food are advisable.

Day 3-5: Same, still using the "butt-sliding" method to get up from bed. Other times I feel okay. So long as I do not exert my chest muscles I'm okay. I took a shower and washed my hair once during one of these days. It was not a pleasant experience 'cuz my neck and shoulder almost broke from bending over washing. Should have just wait to get it washed at the salon. Anyways I checked out of hotel on day 5 and went home to my kids. Thankfully none of them asked for me to carry them. Was so worried my 19-month old would cry to be carried but surprisingly alls well. I slept with her that night using a pillow to separate us just incase she unconsciously rolled over and up me while asleep.

Day 6-11: Pretty much felt the same; slight pain getting up and feel okay the rest of the time. I guess when I got nearer to day 10 I felt lesser pain getting up. I think by day 10 I could lightly use my arms to prop myself up from a lying position. But I still chose to use the "butt-sliding" method 'cuz it defo feels less painful/tight 'cuz I won't exert my chest muscles. Exerting my chest muscles at any time still does hurt abit. Still feel really tight in my chest and sometimes it feels hard to take deep breaths. Have been trying not to sneeze, thankfully I did not. Eating is sometimes uncomfortable especially when I take bigger mouths of food. So take tiny mouths and it'll be fine. Took this pic above on day 10, SO IN LOVE with my new boobies... Hahaha I know it sounds strange and even though it's not at its best yet, I'm already loving my new size!! FYI, when I don't wear clothes it looks very full and quite big, but in actual fact when I am fully clothes I look like a person with regular sized boobs. I basically juz filled up my cup. Very happy about it!

Day 12: Went for my second post-op check and had my bandages removed. Wound is all healed up and Dr. Ho says everything looked great. My tattoo did not get distorted though he did mention before the op that it would at the first letter of the word under my boob. I guess he managed to save my tatt. And that night I showered like a normal person for the first time since surgery. Prior to that I did bathe lah, but b'cuz I wanted to keep my dressing dry I bathed in two parts - washing my face & upper body at the basin then the rest of my lower half in the shower. When I bathed my arms accidentally brushed past my side boob and it actually felt quite weird but a good weird way. Secretly feeling happy. Hahahaha..

Day 13: (its 15th Jan, as I am writing my thoughts out for the first 13 days): I am finally feeling almost normal and better. I can get up from a flat-lying position pretty normally but I still choose to get up slowly. You will never be too careful eh? Started applying scar gel to my healed wound and one more day to stop using my stabilizing band. My boobs look alot better as they're no longer that swollen and doesn't look so high-and-hanging-up-there. When I wear bralettes I look great!! Happy thus far 'cuz I've never been able to wear bralettes as I've always looked horrible in them, i.e. small & shapeless. Oh yes I sneezed while writing this and it was not a nice feeling. *rolls eye* FYI, til date I still feel sensitivity in my nipples. Some parts of my boob feel lightly numb but most of it feels okay. I tried to lightly squeeze my boob and it doesn't feel pain. The only discomfort comes from the sensitivity.

Day 16:
Tried carrying my toddler (she's 12kg btw) for the first time, did it really carefully like hugging her from a seated position then standing up. No pain which is great, but chest still feels weird from the pressure.
Day 17: Back-carried my toddler for the first time on my baby-carrier, felt okay but after some time it did feel uncomfortable on the sides of my chest muscles.
Day 19: IDK why I suddenly felt like my boobs felt softer today. It is not entirely soft but the outer parts of it finally felt softer all round. Plus i did my first exercises today; x3 sets of body weight squats. I was exhausted and out of stamina, *cries*****.. I hope to regain my fitness levels again once I am cleared to exercise on a regular basis again. Anyways my right nipple felt almost normal but the left still feels sensitive. Overall seems like my left is recovering slight sower than my right and I am guessing its b'cuz my left boob is bigger. Which I guess is normal b'cuz the bigger ones usually swell longer, or if you had a bigger implant.

Day 24: Today I went out for a fitness shoot and I did some jumping & short running movements. I do feel something in my chest but it was okay, mostly tightness and not so much pain. Took it slow but at least I am feeling much better by now. Wondering when will I totally not feel the tightness in my chest.. *hmm* The night after I actually tried to get into a tricep pushup or Chaturanga position to see if I was ready to even start yoga, but nope... Juz getting into position made me feel like it was a wrong move. It didn't hurt like mad 'cuz I didn't allow myself to but that 2 seconds was already rather uncomfortable.. Gosh, am getting fatter day by day.. whhheeennn can I start exercising normally again.. *rolls eyes*

1 Month Post-Op: Went for my third post-op check today and everything was great. Dr. Ho says that everything looked in place; i.e. my boob shape, the placement of the implants, and my scar. I've to go back to Allure a few more times this year and its all just for routine checks.

(BEFORE)

(AFTER - 6 weeks post-op)

What do you think? *wink wink*
I think C is a perfect size for me. Not too big, and not too small, just the right fullness and I still get to workout as normal without it hindering my movements. But I guess it'll take me longer than just this one month before I can resume exercises involving my chest muscles.

I know there are many Moms in the same position as me, dreaming of perfect boobs after having children and breastfeeding them. And not everyone can or dares to pursue this dream. I am not saying that this will def help you feel more confident (but it did for me, for sure) and neither am I saying that I recommend going under the knife. But after reading my blog posts and if you are already considering going for a BA and this helps you make informed decisions, I'll be happy to help answer any other questions if they are not already in my blog post, or my IG, and IG highlights. Review: Sudio Niva Vs Sudio Tre

Good quality earphones are important for me and I'm big on beats that take me thru my workouts. I CANNOT survive on lousy earphones 'cuz that'll totally ruin my moods and I rather not have any earphones than to have lousy ones. Its just no pleasure in listening to my fav tunes when I do not listen to them with good earphones. I've ever owned a pair of earphones that cost $300+ and that just goes to show how important good earphones are to me. Okay enough of the emphasis here...

[Above - Sudio Nivå]

Few months ago I was introduced my first pair of
Sudio earphones and that was a Sudio Tre (see pics below). I loved it for a few months and now I'm sent a new pair of Sudio Nivå which I've been testing out for a few days for this review.

[Sudio Nivå]

The Swedish brand focuses on timeless elegant design that is suitable for every daily use, regardless if you are listening to music on your way to work or enjoying a sunny day in the park for a walk. The Sudio sound piece will be your elegant companion.

The Sudio Nivå is remarkably compact and has a 10m range. This true wireless model features Bluetooth 4.2 technology and 3.5 hours of battery life, all without overlooking Sudio’s distinct minimalist style. And while we’re on the topic of style, Nivå’s charging case doubles as a contemporary design piece that can go anywhere you do for an additional 4 charges - bringing total play time to a whopping 17.5 hours. So whether you’re out traveling, or just skipping thru town, do it without the wires.

The Nivå comes in 3 mini chic colours and all of them has a contrasting rose gold hard ware which I LOVE!!!!! I just had to go for the pastel pink even though the rose gold hard ware looked beautiful against white and black too! The Nivå earphones offer great sound reproduction and a true wireless form factor for an affordable price ($169 at the time of review), and combined with their light weight and ease of use I am happy to recommend them.

[Sudio Tre]

The Sudio Tre is created for sports fanatics who wants to listen to their music while exercising. More importantly, the Tre is designed to make sure that it fits well and securely in the ears, so that it doesn't fall out even while exercising. To achieve this feature, Sudio has equipped the Tre with a wing-tip design that hooks onto your ear bone.

[Sudio Tre]
The box comes packed with: (1) The earphones themselves, (2) Three pairs of differently sized wing-tips, (3) A leather carrying case, (4) An owner’s manual and a quality assurance card, (5) A metal clip, (6) A charging cable.

[Sudio Tre]

The sound quality is pretty impressive. I could hear my music clearly and it was better channeled than the average earphones. They projected the heavy base from my upbeat tunes without breaking. The bass, in my opinion, was full and solid, which was quite unexpected in earphones.
I took them for a test in the gym and they stayed put all thru. Unlike my normal earphones, where I always struggle to find the right balance of hardly hearing anything and increasing the volume.
With the Tre, it was just right.
Ultimately, this boils down to your own personal preference. I found the music played along the entire frequency range without crackling up, making it suitable not only for gym sessions but also other occasions.

My personal fav; Nivå or Tre?

Its really hard to pick one!? I love
Nivå b'cuz its so chic and minimalist with its true wireless style and rose gold hard ware, PLUS its charging casing makes it a must-have for travels.

On the other hand, the Tre gives me the fullness and solidness in my tunes with heavy bases, which I KILL FOR.. It just gives me that ample bang to my beats and it drives my adrenaline up when I'm working out.

I'll say, both are keepers. Hahahahaha.. You'd have to decided which suits your lifestyle better or just buy both!!!
And you know what??? Sudio is having a Valentine's promotion right now:

Get 10% off when you purchase any 2 sets of earphones.

If you quote my promo code "VANNYTELLY15", get 15% off ON TOP of the 10% promo, which makes it 25% off in total!!! Woohoo!!!!

If you're only looking to purchase one set of earphone, simply quote my promo code to get 15% off.. simple as that... Do note that promo ends on 14 February 2019.

Plus a FREE gift bag will be sent alone with the earphones making a it great V-Day gift.

Smoother, Straighter Hair Days With Mucota Algana Treatment_Chambers Salon

Today's sharing session is gonna be a quick & straight forward one 'cuz I've already blogged about something similar & great like this A FEW TIMES already. I just wanted to reiterate b'cuz it's just worth mentioning another time. You know CNY (Chinese New Year) & Valentine's Day is round the corner when everyone starts getting a hairover. So yes, I went for mine like last week and that is what I wanna share with you guys today.

What Did You Do?
I did an Algana Treatment by Mucota Japan, and the end results achieves straighter, smoother and shinier hair. I also gotten a trim to my air fringe and "fake side-burns" which I LOVEEEEE!!! Makes it easy for me to style my hair into different looks when I want; feminine & sweet or simply just a casual pulled up style while maintaining a girly look with the air fringe & fake side burns.

Where Did You Get Your Hair Done?
Let me share abit of my hair history.. If you've been following my blog, you'd know that I've been following this stylist of mine named Charles for years. I've followed him since before I was married and now that I'm a Mom of two, that makes it years already... *chuckles* The reason why I've been following Charles all these while was b'cuz he takes great care of my hair and keeps it in tip-top, healthy condition. I remembered when I first went to him, my hair was in a mess and was on the verge of being fried. He introduced Mucota Treatment (older version of Algana Treatment) and it changed my hair condition ever since. Click here to see how much my hair condition improved over the years of Mucota Treatments.

Why Algana (Mucota) Treatment?
As I mentioned, I love Mucota Treatments b'cuz they help smoothen my hair letting my manes look shiner. It some what straightens my hair naturally unlike rebonding which makes hair stark-straight which looks limp & flat. The Algana Treatment is from Mucota and it’s like an upgraded version of the treatment, that means more shine and even smoother hair. If you wanna know what Mucota Treatment is and it’s benefits compared to other similar treatments, click here to see my previous blog with detailed info on it. One of the other benefits that worn me over is that the treatment is formaldehyde-free and definitely safe to be done on a regular basis. In fact I kinda got Mucota done thru out both my pregnancies, but this is something for you to consider and I am not recommending that it is a must. Whether you're comfortable with getting hair treatments done during pregnancy is ultimately every mother's choice 'cuz everyone feels differently about this topic.

This is Charles, my trusty stylist and the director of Chambers Salon. He and his staff are all very nice & friendly.
Time passes quickly here b’cuz I feel at home when I’m here.

The Algana Treatment takes about less than 2 hours to complete, for my hair length. It is relative quicker than rebounding & keratin treatments and results are better for me. Check out my before & after pic above... what do you think? I love that Mucota Treatments always lets my hair look so much better right after it’s done, and my hair condition gets better over time.. it’s not like rebounding where your hair becomes all elastic and all when it’s wet and brittle after it dries up.

So yes, a mandatory posey photo with Chamber Salon’s wall of fame. Hahahaha. Got feel or not?
I know the denim jacket doesn’t exactly match but I was juz tryna give my outfit some colour to pop out from the white background.

The point is I’m happy with my first hair-over in 2019 and all thanks to Charles, I’m all ready for the holidays!!
Woohoo~ XXN always take care of my hair~~~ 😊

Last and not least, I’m ending this blog post off with Chamber Salon’s current promotion. If you’re keen to try out the Mucota Algana Treatment, bring your BFF along to enjoy some great savings. You both can go get your hair done for V-Day tgr. Else there’s an ongoing 20% off all chemical services while is on until further notice. Don’t say didn’t share k. 👍

Non-Invasive Face Reshaping With Mizu Aesthetic

Being beautiful is no secret - it only requires effort and truthfully speaking, some money to spend on aesthetic treatments. Hahaha.. I've started aesthetic treatments in the last few years and swear by a few treatments to maintain a nice facial shape, i.e. V-shape face. For the last 2 years I've been 100% off aesthetic treatments as I was expecting my 2nd child, followed by breastfeeding her for close to 18 months. Now that I've fully weaned her, it is time again to regain some beauty in Mama's face!

In the sharing session today are treatments I did to shape up my face and give myself a less tired look - I call this the mummy makeover (for the face)! My fitness regime has helped a lot with my post-partum figure, but we all know that one can't really exercise the face or target fat loss on certain areas – and this is when I will visit a clinic for an expert opinion on what I can do to for a facial rejuvenation. The v-shaped face and less tired looking results were achieved with HIFU (high intensity focused ultrasound), botox, and fillers. If you are not familiar with these aesthetic treatments, they're basically non-invasive, comes with minimal downtime, and little to no pain (though they all vary from treatment to treatment).

HIFU & JAW BOTOX:
LIFT, TIGHTEN AND ACHIEVE A V-SHAPED FACE

Here you can see my "BEFORE" face on the left, it is how my face was before ANY aesthetic treatments. I have not done any aesthetic procedures for the last 2 years prior to getting HIFU done, so thats probably how I look like naturally. Quite shocking to see the difference 'cuz it was my first time getting HIFU done.

What is HIFU?

HIFU aka High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound uses precise medical ultrasound for non-surgical tightening and lifting of the skin. It is usually done prior to jaw botox (if you require it to achieve a more v-shaped face) as the heat from the HIFU will denature the botulinum toxin. The doctor will advise you accordingly on what you require to achieve your desired face shape.

What is HIFU for?

The treatment heats up and stimulates existing collagen fibres, causing them to thicken and shorten, giving you a tightening and lifting effect. It is also used to melt facial fats while tightening the area. This is particularly useful for lower facelifts, double chins, neck tightening, and especially jowl reduction (fats around the corner of the mouth). On the overall, it sculpts a nicer and more lifted face shape for you from the combined effects.

What is the procedure like?

The Ultrafomer HIFU is a moderately comfortable procedure - on top of topical numbing, some places may perform nerve blocks as well to make it more comfortable. Patients might feel a mild ache along boney areas, such as along the jawline. This is due to the ultrasound energy reflecting off the facial contours. The Ultrafomer HIFU procedure is approximately 60 minutes long for a lower face / half face procedure including numbing time, and has minimal downtime. Your skin may appear slightly flushed immediately after the treatment, but any redness will subside within a few hours.

Pain Factor (for me):
2/5 for most areas, 3.5/5 on my jawline where the jaw bone is. I won't deny there is a certain degree of discomfort along the jawlines, but apart from that the rest was really pretty okay. Overall, it is bearable.

** Note - there are many brands of HIFUs out there, but the Mizu Aesthetic uses the Ultraformer HIFU, which is done by a doctor and typically performed only once a year, or twice for maintenance. Some HIFUs may be cheaper but will require you to visit more frequently and these are typically lower powered HIFUs which promises zero pain and sometimes less than ideal results.

UNDER EYE & CHEEK FILLERS:
FOR A YOUNGER, LESS TIRED LOOK

Picture above shows my immediate results of getting under eye fillers. The fillers actually gave my under eye area an instant "lift" by filling up areas of fat/collagen loss, which means that there are less shadows at the under eye area, thus reducing the appearance and lightening my dark eye circles! This was also my first time getting fillers at my under eye area and I love! 'Cuz makes this panda-Mama looks more alert and less tired. Definitely a must-have for Moms.. Hehe..

What are Fillers and what are they for?

Dermal fillers are a gel-like soft tissue filler injected into the skin.It can help with many things, including facial augmentation, diminishing facial lines and also restoring the volume and fullness in the face. As we age, we lose fat on certain areas of our faces, which makes us look tired and old. The fillers gives us a rejuvenated look by filling up areas of volume loss, making us look younger and less tired.

The many uses of dermal fillers

~Facial Augmentation (Nose, Cheeks, Chin)
~ Enhance shallow contours
~Soften facial creases and wrinkles
~Improve the appearance of recessed scars

Is the procedure painful?

The area to be treated will be numbed with a topical anaesthetic cream and a cold pack 10 – 20 minutes before the injections are given, so pain is minimal.

Pain Factor (for me):
1/5?? It's not painful really, but some parts of the procedure may feel scary b'cuz of the needle, but in fact pain is minimal. Especially it was my first time getting under eye filers, so it was pretty intimidating when the needle came close to my eye. Be sure to have a reputable aesthetic doctor perform any form of aesthetic treatment.

WHAT ABOUT JAW BOTOX?

I think I forgot to mention about my jaw botox, pain factor is the same as with for fillers 'cuz they are injectables and the feels are pretty much the same. And yes, it suitable for those of you who have muscular jaw. Clench your jaw to see how much muscles pop out on the side of your face, if yours throbs like mine, you might be a suitable candidate. But being said, PLEASE get a proper consult from a certified aesthetic doctor!!!

The photo above and below shows more immediate results of my under eye fillers, just different in view. My point is just to show that the under eye filler perks my face up, giving me a fresh look even without or with minimal makeup.

I also did cheek fillers, which are injected to my cheek area to make the apples of my cheeks look fuller and more contoured. If you look at this photo above and the very first photo, you should be able to see slight, but visible enhancements of my facial contours.

Why cheek fillers?

Cheek fillers can be used for higher cheek contours to restore youthfulness or to create a more feminine appearance.

Difference of aesthetics are usually not that obvious compared to plastic surgery b'cuz it enhances our natural features instead of changing anything entirely. So do not be worried about your family or loved ones not recognizing you post-treatments. Based on experience, usually your friends around you won't know you did anything but might notice how you're better looking. Haaas.

So the 3 treatments were what I did to achieve my V-face and overall rejuvenation which I am VERY HAPPY with right now. Maintenance is definitely a must b'cuz results from aesthetic procedures are usually not permanent. Depending on the nature of the treatment, some has to be done monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually or every other year. Do seek consultation from a reputable aesthetic clinic and doctor k.

Cost wise I do find Mizu Aesthetic affordable. I've inquired online with a few aesthetic clinics over the years and I find that their price list is among a few named clinics a pocket-friendly one. Plus doctors there (Dr. Tan and Dr. Joanne) are really friendly. #notpaid !

I get my treatments done with Dr. Joanna Chan of Mizu Aesthetic. They are located in the heart of CBD, at Marina Bay Link Mall #B2-12 Singapore 018984, right below Marina Bay Financial Towers

Anyways juz wanted to give my skincare sponsor a shout-out. I use the Skinceuticals Phyto Corrective Serum and Masque post-treatments, like facial lasers or anything that causes redness to calm my irritated skin. It is a compulsory routine of mine and I swear by them, so if you need anything to calm your skin you may try them.
